Highly Recommend This Property

Recently moved here from another RAM partner property. Had an issue with the AC unit got everything taken care of 1 business day (New compressor unit installed)

Leasing Team and Maintenance team are very friendly and professional. Quick in turnover time.

The layout of these homes are similar to houses. Love the back yard and privacy this property has to offer.

One of the first 4 people to move in, lots of problems to begin with but somewhat expected. Unfortunately things have gotten worse, the last two years have not been a good experience.

My husband and I have lived at Ashford Villas almost 5 years was one of the first people to move in! Been through several property managers and a couple new owners! This last one Ram Partners has been the worse! The upkeep here has turned horrible! We pay a lot of money to live in a run down place! If it weren’t for the fact we love it being like having your own home and not an apartment we would be gone in a second! Pool is always filthy because a robot vacuum is used that doesn’t get the 4… corners of pool, bathrooms at pool don’t get cleaned as often as needed , flowerbeds never get worked on, pet stations are normally over flowing with bags of dog poop! I really wish they would make us more classy we are like the red headed step child between the 3 properties they run!
