I would not consider this luxury living. The breezeways and stairs are dirty and nasty. It’s embarrassing for guests to come to my apartment. The noise being heard from one apartment to another is causing major issues. There’s no doorbell or peep hole.

I just moved in recently and everything has been very clean and quiet so far. The view of the mountains is fantastic. And the person who picks up the trash is super friendly and helpful.

Our experience here at Riverstone started great but made some declines in the last few months. There are residents smoking in plain sight, pet waste in grass areas not picked up. Gym equipment could be better and is always a mess when I get in there.
