Overall, I am somewhat satisfied with this apartment complex. The communication/responses take longer than they should for resident concerns. The internet issues are too frequent causing significant disruption. The newsletters have also been inconsistent. I enjoy the location and amenities which make me feel somewhat satisfied most of the time.

Moving from Texas to a brand-new home and community in a new state can be overwhelming, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Everyone has been beneficial, kind, and patient — they went above and beyond to make sure my move went smoothly and that I had everything I needed.
The community is peaceful, well-kept, and feels like home already. It’s clear that the management team genuinely cares about their residents and... takes pride in creating a friendly, comfortable environment. I’m so grateful to have found this place — it’s the perfect start to a new chapter in Tennessee! ??

Great location. Awesome play yard for dogs to enjoy. Populus waterside has a great pool with clubhouse. Co working and gym space is also a great space to enjoy.

I’m very much looking forward to living here. My apartment is beautiful and spacious for me in the areas that are so well needed..like the walk in closet and bedroom. The stainless steel appliances are a plus and the farmers sink!! I love a gated community and I love the fact that we all must have an electronic key to have access in the building!! Just a plus for safety , you know!! The management was professional and very kind and willing to work with me in this process of coming home !! I... really like all the amenities as well!!!

I’ve enjoyed being a resident here, you can tell it is a great community of people from the moment you step on site.
The staff are friendly and always try to do the most to help and accommodate. I have recommended this site to several friends who are looking for rental properties.
It was a little turbulent at the very beginning of my lease but that very quickly changed when the leasing staff were switched out. I don’t really have anything negative to say about the complex, I do wish rental... prices were a little cheaper, but I know the rental market is also high at the moment.
