The Trails of Dickson Apartment Homes

So I give these apartments of 4 star based on the employees I have met so far in the office they have been amazing and helping me especially Isaak but as for the apartment a few things have needed to be taken care of since day, one of moving in, but the office has been very prompt and getting them taken care of so far. The location is awesome. It’s right next to Walmart very convenient to a lot of locations in town. It’s a decent size. The rooms are good Size kitchens are a little small but I do... like the fact that you have laundry room so you can get a washer and dryer. There are dumpsters on site. Also seems a lot of people dump trash outside of them though, instead of putting them in the dumpster. So far the experience hasn’t been bad just a little hiccups here and there on a few minor things that need to be fixed, but as I said, they have been on them and doing good looking forward to seeing how the rest of this year lease goes . also a little on the move-in process. It took almost 2 weeks for us to get an approval do to some documents that needed to be received but once we got the approval, we moved in the next day all in all not too bad in regards to the amount of rent I do believe it’s a little high for the quality of the apartment.
