Such a great experience here. It’s clean, quiet, and safe in the area. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to live! The location is great for walks and away from the street so little noise.

Heartwood has been so good Tony’s love living here it’s so beautiful and welcoming. Everyone in the complex is so nice and caring we would recommend anyone to live here

We have had an amazing experience at Heartwood so far. The community is so quiet and peaceful. It truly feels like home to us and we are so excited to get settled and meet more people in the community.

I've really enjoyed living at Heartwood Apartments. The community is quiet, clean, and in a great location, close to Downtown Franklin, Cool Springs, Nashville, many restaurants and shops. The amenities are excellent, especially the well-equipped gym and the beautiful pool area. It’s also a very dog-friendly complex with plenty of green space and other pet-loving neighbors. The staff and maintenance team are always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Overall, it’s been a great place to live... , and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed home in Franklin.
