I enjoy living in my Heartwood apt. Any time I have and issue they are quick to remedy the problem.
I find it to be quiet and peaceful and love the coffee and tea amenities. The swimming pool is a great bonus and the grounds are always well kept.

I would give Heartwood 5 stars but there is ALWAYS room for improvement! I really love this community and am so glad that I found this place when I did. I have been here for over a year now and it is as quiet and as clean as the 1st day I moved in. Everyone is still friendly, helpful and welcoming!!! Sometimes, the valet trash company misses picking up my trash but it’s not the end of the world. This Spring, I welcomed a family of small birds who built a neat little nest on my balcony…

This complex is truly a community where I have found a home! The office staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The maintenance staff is professional, quick and competent. The grounds are beautifully kept! I have already gotten one of my friends to move here and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation!

I highly recommend Heartwood @ Lockwood Glen. My experience here has been excellent. It feels like a real community, the grounds are kept beautifully, and the staff is professional, kind, and super responsive.

Heartwood at Lockwood Glen has been my home for a few years. It is a well managed and well maintained community making it a great place to live. The apartment is very nice. The location is great. Office and maintenance teams take great care of us and are really nice and efficient. I truly enjoy knowing that if something needs repair, all I have to do is call or send through a maintenance request and it is resolved. So glad to have stopped in to check it out back then! I hope to stay at least a... couple of more years.
