We have really enjoyed living at The Row at Franklin and especially love the neighborhood, community, and our neighbors. The exterior of the community is beautiful and very well maintained, and we really enjoy the overall environment. Our main area of disappointment has been the interior workmanship of the homes and the quality of maintenance, which we feel could be more consistent with the “luxury” standard the community is positioned as. Overall, we have had a positive experience and truly… love living here, but we would love to see greater attention to detail and quality when it comes to the interiors and maintenance.
