The people and the community are very charming! The application, approval, and leasing process is also so convoluted and a pain to deal with. However, I’m excited to move here and to see how my experience is living here.

Enjoy our time here it’s quiet and people are very nice and welcoming. I just wish allot of the community activities were either on the weekends or have some in the evenings where others who work can join in the fun and not be left out.

We moved her sight unseen from across the country and could not be more happy with everything. From the leasing staff to the community, we truly feel so happy with our move. We will be staying here until we purchase a home! Thank you TCBF!

Moved here in spring of 2022 after trying various other luxury apartment homes in Williamson Co. Has the community feeling I love, plus I feel safe in the area and having a very secure entrance/exit.
The staff has changed some faces, but still an exemplary one.

Great community. Chelsea and Mel are wonderful people to work with. I think we will enjoy living here! We had a few problems moving in but they have been very helpful. We appreciate their kindness and their courtesy.
