Overall, I haven't had a lot of issues and the few things that I have needed with have been, for the most part, resolved. I have been happy with my stay in this community.

We just moved in and so far we think this community is awesome. Safe, friendly and fun. Mel was super helpful during the process and we love our unit as it is so close to all the amenities.

Only been here a few days! But so far we really like it. The apartment was spotless, and the grounds are lovely. Love the convenience of shopping, and the on site restaurants are excellent.

Love it here! The people are friendly, I love the neighborhood feel. Being able to walk to Publix and local eating establishments is great. We happen to have great neighbors. We are in a setting that can be a bit noisier because of business traffic early morning, but overall it is great.
