My favorite of trying out four other luxury apartments. The community is friendly, and safe. Walkable to just about anything needed, fitness options in the neighborhood is nice since the actual gym in the apartment complex is not great. Some of the planned activities given by the staff are great and a good way to meet your neighbors.

Any comment I have would not reflect well and wouldn't be shared. As of this moment I would not suggest anyone ever move in here and if it were not the perfect location to see my girlfriend and go to work, I would have done anything to not be there myself after the leasing process.

The office staff has been amazing. Mel and Chelsea are great and everyone else in the office. The maintenance is amazing as well on top of everything they handle repairs correctly. My only issue is the upstairs neighbor that stomping their feet walking across their apartment at 2/3/4 am. As a matter of fact, I had to deliver a package to my downstairs neighbor that my daughter accidentally picked up and they informed me that the stomping shakes the whole building and has been going on well… before I moved in. I’m not sure what can be done to address this, but we are being woken up every night.
