Great Spot

This place is great, you’re right next to Johnson City, Kingsport, Gray, and Bristol. New floors, countertops, and appliances are all very nice for a great price. Every other apartment around is charging more for less when it feels the opposite here.

Awful management and place

I lived here for a year and never got things fixed by the landlord that I was suppose to before moving in or even during the stay. Everything was absolutely disgusting prior to moving in so my dad and I cleaned it all from top to bottom and had to replace toilet seats and blinds ourselves. The water was dripping and messed up in the bathrooms and kitchen and I had to get my own contractor to fix that along with other things. I received a letter upon leaving in June 2023 that I get my deposit... back but have yet to receive it and it is now January of 2024 and any time I message to ask when I will I get ignored. Just would like my deposit back please like stated I would.

Leaking roof

He lost a payment but neighbor says he does this. Roof has been leaking for 6 months. Lots of empty town houses. Horrible landlord.

Mold and water damage, will not fix anything, takes months to get major issues repaired if ever
