LUXURY HOMES IN QUAINT SOUTHERN TOWN
This is a brand new home for people 55 and over. It says, "We love you" everywhere you look. The management company did everything to provide luxury, comfort, amenities, location location location and relief from loneliness with plenty of neighbors to say hello and chit-chat.
There is a scenic view of the majestic Smokey Mountains in a quiet neighborhood.
Everything a senior could want is in his or her apartment, including washer and dryer hookups. Each unit has a patio or balcony in this... two story 50 unit complex which also provides a computer room, library, laundry and exercise room. For convenience, there is a men's and ladies' room on the first floor. There are stairs and an elevator.
The Community Room is beautiful with a large attached screened patio. With the gazebo and BBQ outside, there isn't much left needed for physical comfort and enjoyment. Cable is already wired into each apartment. All one needs to do is to start their cable service and plug into it. There is WiFi, too.
A number of people walk their small dogs outside and some just walk everyday for the exercise. Neighbors wave hello and goodbye as we drive in and out as well as have a howdy when we're walking by. Our trash is taken out for us as we have our own trash room inside the building on each floor and the mail is delivered right to our indoor locked mailboxes by a good trusty mailman of the old-fashioned kind that remembers who we are.
We thank the management company for thinking of us "oldies and goodies" by giving us a wonderful place to live. Their caring for us is obvious by the beautiful buildings, landscaping, parking and conveniences, apartments and amenities. It is clear that they wanted to make life easier and better for us.
Most of us are not ready to "kick the bucket", some of us are close to to it. Regardless of where we are in our lives in that respect, we all live with beauty, comfort and dignity all around us. A loving friend told me about these apartments while they were still only a plan in the management's mind and on paper. Now we are experiencing the reality of these welcoming apartments.
How many management companies and landlords care this much for those of us who are entering or already living in the twilight of their years? I do not know of any other management company or landlord that would give this much thought to the older generation that also needs help with their rent!
