Plaza Towers has 113 one bedroom apartments that are designed for low-income Senior residents, age 62 and older and mobility impaired adults over 18 who enjoy independent living. Rent is subsidized by HUD, residents must be income qualified to live... at the property and rent is charged at only 30% of their adjusted income.

All utilities are included in the rent. Free Parking available on site for residents and guests. The property provides a wireless emergency call pendant for residents that is monitored 24/7 by a third party provider. The property also has a full time on site Resident Service Coordinator to help residents connect to the services and support they need and also arrange social and instructional activities for the residents.

This property is scheduled for a rehab beginning January 2025. The apartments will be upgraded with new appliances, cabinets, flooring, ceiling fans and new paint and flooring.
