Worst mistake was moving here
Terrible place to rent. They never said anything about there cockroachs, nor do they keep up the property itself. Maintenance sucks! They fixed my heat, but left a huge mess, and they left my door unlocked. Please take my advice and avoid this place at all costs

Regarding the heating issue, our maintenance team responded promptly and stayed late on a Friday evening to ensure... you were not left without heat over the weekend. During the repair, some debris did fall when the access hatch was opened; however, maintenance did return to clean the area. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused and take concerns about cleanliness and securing units seriously.
We value our maintenance team’s dedication and responsiveness, and we are always looking for ways to improve our processes based on resident feedback.
In regard to pest concerns, we do have a professional pest control service through Orkin that services the property every Friday. Our records indicate that no pest control requests were submitted since April, so we were under the impression there were no ongoing issues. We strongly encourage residents to submit service requests as soon as concerns arise so we can address them promptly.
