Good! Amazing walk to classes, maintenance is very quick to respond, and the communication with staff is great! I would recommend, especially for the price!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance responds promptly. No bug problems (yet, anyway) aside from a few ants. I wish there was laundry in unit though, and there were some issues with paint job and dust everywhere (and a dead centipede) when I moved in

I’ve really enjoyed staying here as a UTK student. The location is fantastic, with my classes and campus amenities just a short walk away, making my daily commute convenient and stress-free. The management team is always friendly and responsive, and they handle any questions or concerns promptly and professionally. The community is well-maintained, clean, and safe, creating a comfortable environment to focus on my studies. Overall, I truly love living here and appreciate how accessible and... well-managed everything is.

I’ve lived here for about half a year, and my roommates and I like it! The rent isn’t bad compared to other places around, the only thing we don’t like is that laundry is outside and you have to pay for it.
