The bedbugs and roaches party hard here!

Unbelievably poor maintenance. Roof leaks, floor leaks, sagging walkways that need replacing, filthy laundromat. Constant turnover,they simply refuse to fix anything. Needs new management.

not the place to be.

Altho these apartments were built in the 70's they have mold infestation and constent water leaks . In my bathrm alone they have cimpletely tore my tub 3x's looking for a leak to fix in the cast iron pipes . And alto the management here are very helpful the operate on little or no budget bracuse of the owners .and trueth be told if i could afford to move i most deffenately would .
