This is the worst place

Where to begin?! From the application process where I was told my apartment was ready to move in three different times, but when I arrived at the office with all my belongings boxed on the back of the truck, no one knew anything about it. The first month cars in the parking lot were hit by lost bullets of a near by shootout. Across the street neighbors busted windows to multiple cars in the parking lot including mine. People around here will steal anything that isn't bolted to the ground. IF YOU… ARE THINKING ABOUT MOVING HERE: I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH... DO NOT MOVE HERE. I had a welcome mat for about six hours before it was stolen from my front door. There is absolutely no security or any kind of rule enforcement. I was told by the office that there is a security car that drives around, and I haven't seen one in this area EVER. One night I woke to hear leaves rustling outside my window, upon looking out the windows and facing seven armed trespassers, which were doing a gang hit on the apartment directly behind us .

Good Atmosphere

I have really enjoyed here. It is very safe, well lit. The property is kept up well, and the community is great ! The staff is great and always quick and willing to help with all problems. My application process was quick and easy, I was approved within a week and in my apartment within two weeks. I would recommend these apartments to anyone especially students looking for a nice apartment!
