I just moved out 2 weeks ago. I was staying here for 5 months and still no gym. Gate was always open. Gate cards don't work to back doors. Anyone can walk through the back gate. No security. Irritating mass text messages just to tell people not to leave their trash everywhere and not to park in handicap spots. Mind you, they're not enough parking spaces for the amount of tenants they have so be prepared to walk. Oh, and don't have company at night, they'll tow the car or hit it cause "you parked… behind someones car." Which was 50 ft away.They have break ins and no cameras. Tenants had to purchase their own cameras. All they advise you to do is get rental insurance. There's no ground keeper, so the parking lot looks atrocious at all times. The stairways are very nasty. Trash everywherre. Nice apartments online but false information upon move in. Also, rent is too high. Everything was awesome and professional & in place. Ms. Linda & Ms. Carissa was very helpful with anything that I needed. The tour was great & I liked every about the apartment. Whenever I called or needed to ask a question I always got an answer or if they didn’t answer when I called they always returned my call. I am pleased to say Ms.Ketha & Ms.Linda are great management . I went in yesterday to sign my paperwork and automatically felt like home they even help you when you mess up very clean and professional staff .
