Location, value, amenities, community - look no further because Harbor Island Apartments offers it all. Located in downtown Memphis, just across the harbor from the Pyramid and a short walk to the trolley line - these newly constructed apartment homes are minutes away from everything the "Home of the Blues" and "Birthplace of Rock and Roll" has to offer. We love the high end finishes like stainless appliances,granite countertops, and easy care wood floors. They offer 4 floor plans - we have a 2... bedroom river view unit. We love watching the sunset in the evenings from our porch or cooling off in the well maintained saltwater pool. The resident community is great and we've made lots of friends. It is pet friendly and most residents appear to be responsible - picking up after their companions so everyone can enjoy the green spaces. Parking is either in the surface lot or private garages for an additional monthly fee. Our unit offers lots of storage space - including outside storage accessible from the porch. Huge windows bring in tons of natural light. There is a workout/fitness center and club room. You are allowed with management approval to paint the walls an alternate color if you'd like to customize your space - they really want their residents to feel at home and make it your own. The managent staff is great. They are friendly and helpful. We've lived in downtown Memphis for 4 years and can truthfully say that you'd be hard pressed to find a more ideal apartment community.
