Try living at the Nine apartments,,, you'll be sad you did.
Management is a joke, Poorly organized, uncommunicative, Condescending attitudes. Un responsive. Dishonest. Sorry, this is as nice as I can get.
Live her six month and you will be happy to move into Memphis Mission and at the rate these people spend your money you might not be able to afford the mission.

You don’t want to live here
They don’t respond to maintenance requests, the management is a joke. They don’t care about the people who live here and that’s why they’re losing residents hand over fist

Rotting garbage and flies everywhere
My daughter's apartment is next to the garbage chute which regularly overflows with rotting garbage. The fruit flies and gnats have gotten so bad that her apartment is now infested with them. We have tried to let the management know about the problem, but they haven't done anything yet. She has to try to sleep with flies landing on her face all night.
This place is a mess!
