The Villas at Willow Creek

The absolute worst place to live. We had rodents and bugs galore. At one point my roommate went to complain and the lady in the office told her when the people move in downstairs we can share the bugs. We had to beg them to patch up the rat holes in the back of stuff and in hidden places in the kitchen. Now that my lease is almost up I can’t wait to leave. The kids running around are bad. The potholes tear up your car and the gate doesn’t work. They take forever to fix maintenance issues and act… like you are bothering them when you need something. I have been living here a year. When I first moved in what ever was wrong with the apartment they would come fix. Now it takes a couple of days. Then I was told the gate would be fix. But yet it's still broke. Multiple people have been rob and shot. There is a big bug problem. Parking lot has so many whole. The apartments are big but no dishwasher, heat goes in an out. There is always trash in the parking lot. Every time you go to the office there is someone new working. Holes in the fence line… so anybody can get in. Well lol the fence is broke to lol. You can look at the walls an can tell they have water damage. That makes you like about mold. Other then that they are really cheap. If you can't pay rent on time they do work with you but you will be paying almost a $100 more. Read More

I lived here 3 years ago. Right by my door, my neighbors got robbed, and 1 of them got shot in the groin. It's not safe there. Also they have a black cricket and roach problem. The ceiling was caving in. Their cameras are never working. I was robbed on February 14 and they say the cameras wasn't working.
