Unsafe Community
I am extremely disappointed in the way Uptown Flats management handled a serious safety incident. My vehicle was struck by gunfire due to a domestic dispute involving current tenants, and instead of addressing the situation with professionalism and concern, management was dismissive and unhelpful.
What makes this even worse is that staff were aware of the ongoing disputes between these tenants and were even listed in the police report. Yet, they failed to take proactive steps to prevent the... situation from escalating to gun violence. Rather than acknowledging the severity of the incident, their response was filled with excuses and a lack of accountability.
Safety should be a top priority, and residents deserve better. If you are considering moving here, please be aware of how management handles serious safety concerns—it speaks volumes about their priorities.

Love the area
It's nice place to live and love the close proximity to the river.
And it's distance to some of my favorite eateries.
