Thus far my experience at Alta Lofts on the Levee has been great. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are fantastic and I actually use them regularly. I love the location, especially the access to the Cumberland Greenway.

Far from a luxury experience

The building looks polished in photos, but living here has been a very different experience. We’ve dealt with a bedroom fan/light issue where other units can interfere with it, which has repeatedly disrupted sleep and still has not been properly resolved despite ongoing communication. Noise transfer between units is also much worse than expected. For the price point and the way this property is marketed, the actual living experience falls well short.

Beautiful and vibrant community

After touring here with friends from out of town, I am highly considering Alta Lofts! Not only because of their friendly staff but their apartment layouts are beautiful. The light up mirrors are amazing and they still have so many apartments to choose from since they are brand new. I plan on moving to Nashville this summer and I cannot wait to call Alta Lofts my new home!! :)
