I love living at Alta Rochelle! My place has so much storage room, which is hard to come by for a girl in a studio. I also feel so spoiled by all of the amazing amenities. The friendly staff makes it even better!

Alta Rochelle is a newly built modern apartment complex that is far enough from the gulch to not hear the party buses but close enough to walk to it. It features the most gorgeous rooftop I’ve ever seen and provides an overwhelming amount of sun for tanning. They also host lots of community events to bring everyone together. And it’s not dumb community events, it’s community events where you can connect

Alta Rochelle is a great new apartment just a very short walk from the Gulch without the noise hustle of the actual Gulch. Easy parking, more than one way to the highway and very nice amenities. The leasing staff is very professional and accommodating. Our experience with maintenance has also been awesome for the very minor new building hiccups we had that are now fully resolved.

I moved in a couple weeks ago and I could not be happier. I have a beautiful skyline view and my studio is perfect for me. The staff has been so helpful to make this process smooth. I can’t wait to meet more of the residents here! Highly recommended living here.

had an excellent experience at Alta Rochelle from start to finish. Alexandrea and her entire staff have been absolutely amazing—from the initial tour all the way through the leasing process and everything in between.
They were welcoming, professional, and extremely responsive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and they truly made me feel confident and comfortable with my decision. You can tell they genuinely care about their... residents and take pride in what they do.
I highly recommend Alta Rochelle to anyone looking for a great community and an outstanding leasing team.
