I would not recommend Avana Bellevue to anyone due to the structural and plumbing issues and the poor management.

The community feels very homely. My daughters love it. My whole family loves it. I am very pleased with everything so far.

Avana Bellevue is a great place to live with clean amenities, friendly staff, and spacious floor plans. The community is quiet and safe to go for walks, chat with neighbors, or explore the surrounding community. It is in a great location relative to grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. The apartment was clean when I moved in and any issues were fixed within a day.
