For the spacious apartments with tall ceilings, the price is very affordable considering apartments in the surrounding area. You can't beat having a dining room, balcony, and split vanity with two sinks in the bathroom, not to mention the walk in closet and spacious bedroom.

My experience has been less than pleasant from start to 8 months in. I work in executive leadership for a healthcare facility and if this was my company I would make major adjustments to prevent my experience being the experience of others.

Being a long time resident at Avana Lexington, I
must say that my experience has been overall
quite positive. It is HOME for me! I love the size and design of my unit and any issues I have had
with maintenance etc. have been handled in a timely fashion. I am pleased.
