I have enjoyed my time at Broadstone Sobro, the staff has been friendly and we have had very few maintenance problems. The location is convenient and not a far walk from Broadway and the gulch.

Broadstone SoBro has been an amazing place to live. The community feels safe and welcoming, and the amenities are super awesome. I especially love the fitness center due to it’s cleanliness, well-equipped, and never too crowded. Highly recommend it!

The experience from touring to signing and moving in was smooth. Everyone was so kind and quick to answer questions. I love all of the events that they have for residents and how easy it is to do things.

The apartment is managed by really great people who host monthly events that are very fun! The maintenance is on top of things. The dog run is a nice amenity to have for your dogs.

I love living at Broadstone Sobro. The location is perfect for walking downtown and to the Gulch. The apartments are spacious and stylish. The staff is amazing, and there are fun community events every month.
