This is a very nice community. I feel very safe here, the maintenance team is phenomenal, there are solid amenities (pool, weight room), and nice community events about twice a month. While the rent is expensive, everything but the electric is bundled in it (water, internet, valet trash, washer/dryer). The biggest downsides would be access to greenspace and noise from the interstate, although it is very handy being near the interstate. Overall, very pleased with our experience.

Harpeth Heights is a clean, friendly, safe complex in a great location outside of Nashville, only a short drive from downtown. The amenities are the main reason why I chose Harpeth Heights. It's a great place to be if you have an active lifestyle.

This is the most beautiful apartment complex. It is more like home Living, however in a resort. The grounds are beautiful and kept up to a very high degree. The workout facilities are gorgeous. This place is more like a spa than an apartment complex. The staff is amazing and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this place. On a scale from one to 10 I give it 100.
