I’ve really loved living at Standard Assembly. The community is beautiful and has such a welcoming vibe, but what truly makes it special is the team — especially Hannah. She’s always quick to respond, happy to answer questions, and just genuinely kind and helpful every time I reach out.

And her workshops and craft nights are seriously the best. They’re always creative, well thought out, and so much fun. It’s been such an easy, natural way to meet other creative people and actually connect with... neighbors. It really feels like more than just an apartment community.

Living at Standard Assembly has been such a great experience. Dylan is incredibly responsive and genuinely cares about the residents and the community as a whole. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, he’s been quick to respond and always works to find a solution. You can tell he’s passionate about the property and takes a lot of pride in making sure everything runs smoothly. The events, communication, and overall vibe here really make it feel like more than just an apartment building.

I’ve been living at Standard Assembly for a while now, and honestly, it’s been such a great experience. The building itself is beautiful and always spotless (shoutout to the maintenance and grounds crew for that), and the neighborhood is unbeatable. I love being able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars right outside the door. It really makes city living feel easy.

The community events are one of my favorite parts. From poolside gatherings in the summer to coffee pop-ups and fire pit... nights when it’s colder, there’s always something going on. It’s such a nice way to actually get to know your neighbors instead of just passing by in the hallway. Dylan and the team put so much effort into making the events fun. He is basically the designated grill master at this point, and you can tell he really cares about creating that community vibe.

On the practical side, I’ve always felt like I’m in good hands here. Packages are safe and secure with the system they have in place, and if a delivery driver ever messes something up, the front desk team is quick to help out. Maintenance requests get handled fast, and communication is clear so you never feel left hanging. Dylan especially has been super approachable and responsive. He is quick to find solutions and it is obvious he is passionate about the property and the people who live here.

Between the amenities, the staff, and the overall vibe, I’m really glad I chose Standard Assembly. It’s the kind of place that feels less like just an apartment building and more like a true community.

Standard Assembly has been awesome to live at! The front office team is great, and Hannah is always super friendly and quick to help with anything I need. Mike in maintenance is the best—he’s always polite and gets things taken care of right away. Really appreciate how easy they make everything here.
