I absolutely love living here at standard assembly. Dylan is always friendly and eager to chat about the goings on of the community. He makes me feel like a valued member of the community each time. Hannah made my move in experience seamless and actually pleasant. She was so easy to deal with and had everything ready for me even before I even moved in. Ashleigh at the front desk always greets me with a smile when I’m leaving or returning home and asks me about my day and how things are going.… Mike in Christian in maintenance are amazing and almost always get my work requests done same day. Christian is always super friendly and I never see Mike without a smile. And I always see Johnny working hard to keep the grounds and rest of the community clean. I’ve been renting apartments for over 10 years and I have never seen a more dedicated, and enthusiastic staff. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Standard Assembly! I love seeing how much the neighborhood has been developing and all of the new restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping that are coming to the area. It’s so convenient having everything so close by, and it really adds to the overall experience of living here.

I’ve also really enjoyed the community aspect of Standard Assembly. It’s been easy to meet people and make friends, and there always seems to be something going on or an event to look forward… to. Hannah and the rest of the staff have been great as well… they’re always happy to help when needed and are very approachable and available. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home!

Standard Assembly has been a wonderful apartment to call home the past 3 years! The property manager, Dylan, has been here since my first day coming to tour. The events are great, maintenance is prompt, and neighbors all friendly. Couldn't imagine living anywhere else in Nashville!

I got home at 5:05 pm and discovered my AC wasn't working. I ran down to the front office, and spoke to Dylan, who was just heading out for the day. He had let me know that the maintenance team has also gone home for the day, but didn't want me to be without AC for the night and said someone would follow up in the next 30 minutes, he was going to head back to the office now and give them a call. Within minutes, Christian was knocking on my door. He checked things out and explained that it was a… clogged drain line. After about 15 minutes of work, we were back up and running! Couldn't be more pleased with how helpful and courtesy both the office and maintenance team are. 10/10 expereicne, couldn't reccomend this apartment more.
