I’ve been here a month and it’s a cool place! Good walkability and scoot-ability. The apartments are updated and really nice (no 2024 prices with 1950’s kitchens to deal with).
The worst part of living here so far is just trying to get the opportunity to - the leasing office doesn’t have good response time and even if you make an appointment to take a tour, there’s a chance they won’t be in office when you get there. And they RARELY answer the phone. Email is your best bet.

Terra House is the hidden gem of Nashville. Tucked away on the outskirts of downtown, but within walking distance of the city center, it is surprising peaceful with outstanding city and river views. The sense of security and community is evident, and it is shocking to think you are only steps away from the hustle and bustle of downtown! GREAT place to live!
