I love the location, layout of my apartment, great amenities, and kind staff. I enjoy my kind neighbors and the greenway so close. However, I feel the building itself is not a quality build at all. I can hear the neighbors TV loudly through the walls, found visible mold on an air filter from the HVAC, and worst of all the incessant loud noise and machinery vibrations that’s left me now with health issues.

Internet is always going down, pool is dirty, things around the community are broke and a year later are still not fixed to include the panel on the grill or dog waste bins missing lids or sideways in the ground. Grills were not able to be accessed because the pool area was closed since it was not inspected. The grills and hot tub were supposed to be a year round amenity but either broken or closed off. The garage gate and mail room door are always under maintenance. The heaters in the... stairway are either too hot or inoperable. Lights in the parking deck go out frequently and the couriers don't use the luxor boxes.

My Duke experience is not great. I think the only thing I like is my apartment and the hot tub (if it is ever clean). The gym is small and things don’t work or it lacks cleanliness. A lot of this on my ledger I have to request changes. When you asked something to be changes, they say they will do it and never do. The maintenance man makes me uncomfortable and has lied in the past and never actually fixes anything. I just don’t see the point in this place…

The Duke Metrocenter offers a modern, well-designed living space in a convenient location just outside of downtown Nashville. My apartment is spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and has a great pool-facing view. I appreciate the quiet, tucked-away feel of the community while still being close to the city.

While there have been some delays in maintenance and follow-up communication, I believe the property has a lot of potential with a few operational improvements. Overall, it's a comfortable and... attractive place to live.
