Really great place to live. The downside is the amenities that are broken, that they don’t seem to fix. Like the outdoor fire place, and indoor fireplace in common space. Only two of the grills work and they have a lot of bird poop on them, they need to be cleaned. The Amazon system flex is terrible.

Just moved in, everything went pretty well and straight-forward. The only thing I would ask is the chalk for the billiard pool table to be changed to a proper one like Master's or Predator because the one they have right now doesn't work well.

Th Gossett is very well priced and in a good location. I am resigning for a second year! The only complaint I have is about parking. The garage gates are nearly always malfunctioning which has lead to some car break-ins in the past.

Very nice, nice people, nice experience
The only downside is that you have to go outside to smoke, and there are no seats for that either.
The doors are almost always faulty, which makes it difficult to access at times.
