My first month here has had a few hiccups, but overall I’ve had a very positive experience. The staff has been kind, responsive, and quick to accommodate any concerns that came up. Most of the issues were not their fault, and I really appreciated how willing they were to help and make things right. Moving and getting settled can be stressful, but the team has made the process feel much easier.

This is an amazing staff!! Connor, the APM, has made it a dream to lease at The Monroe; the PM has introduced herself and was willing to even tour me during busy hours; the Leasing Agent - left an amazing impression; the maintenance supervisor - personable & made me feel welcomed even though he was doing some move-in repairs for me!
