Please let me share my delight with you concerning an exceptional member of your personnel team at Cortland. Nathan exemplifies teamwork through his interaction with colleagues and members of the Cortland community. I met Nathan while observing his willingness to assist customers. We were working with another colleague of his when he noticed she was meeting with someone else at the time. So, Nathan took the initiative to speak with me and asked how he could be of assistance.
Nathan represents... Cortland with excellence through his focus on customer service. He consistently engages with customers professionally. He even provided technical assistance as he guided me through navigating specific locations within the portal, communicating options for payments, and giving context to those options through explaining each (ie: rent, electricity, etcetera).
