The building security is a concern, as the doors to the parking garage are broken and the parking garage gates are in disrepair. There are also individuals, including children, seen wandering in the hallways.

The weight room requires an additional set of dumbbells and updated equipment.

The pool is not clean, with the water appearing dirty, and the outdoor grill is consistently in an unclean condition.

Staff is so friendly! Love them! Also maintenance is quick!!! The office actually returns missed calls. And everything is kept pretty clean. 2 months in and loving it so far!

Excellent, well-maintained, clean complex. Covered, secured parking a huge plus here in Texas. The amenities are amazing and the rent is budget-friendly. Near the Lowery Freshman Center, Allen High School, and numerous shops and restaurants.
