Amazing apartment
Traci, Jamal, Brianna, Shelby and Oscar is an exceptionally great. Whenever I need help they are quick to respond and they feel like an extended family. I love it here!!

i'm so sick of not having a parking spot
this apartment complex never has any parking spots, you have to pay for 90% of these parking spots. there is A PERSON that lives near the front of the apartment complex and they always have a bike in the parking spot, and no one else can get there except for them. and i KNOW they AINT PAY FOR IT. so, you need to FIX ALLAT GRASS and REPLACE it with parking spots. thank you.

This place is infested with RATS and nobody does anything about it. stay AWAY from this rat infested place!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
These apartments are old and falling apart. We have had nothing but problems since we moved in. The oven and dishwasher have never worked. There is water leaking in the bathroom, master closet, and kitchen. We have mold growing. The AC broke and they replaced it with an older unit that keeps the apartment at a balmy 80 degrees. There are huge rats that are dead all over the property. There is no parking. I have to park on the street. My catalytic converters were cut off my truck in the parking... lot! No gates, no security, no cameras. Management is not addressing any of these issues.
