Do not move here unless you want to hear everything and I do mean everything that goes on in your neighbors apartment. The amenities are never open but no discount in rent. The property (near my unit anyway) has trash everywhere. You can't even submit a work request. In a nut shell management could care less. I had to move on short notice and unfortunately I moved here. Fortunately I only have two more months and I am out of here.

I have lived at The Club at Fossil Creek apartments for 9 years. These apartments are very upscale and nice. I have always felt very safe living here. The landscaping is beautiful and kept up regularly. Both pools are sparkling clean. There is valet trash here that is picked up at your door. The dumpsters are emptied on a regular basis and never overflowing. The rental price is very competitive in this area. I have compared several times and you get more square footage for the price compared to... the nearby apartments. Maintenance is off the charts. I have never had to wait to have a repair done. You enter your request on an online portal and they have always come on the same day. They do excellent work. The management staff is amazing. They're very friendly and welcoming. They are easy to talk to. They care about their residents. I have personally had them go above and beyond for me on several instances. The manager sits out in the lobby with the other agents instead of in the back in her assigned office. She wants to be Hands-On and to be a part of the day-to-day operations. If you're looking for a great place to live where you feel safe and get more square footage for your money , take a look at these apartments. I love where I live!

This place is very lovely. Great community involvement always an activity going on for the residences. It is located on a busy road but is near everything you can think of. I stay in a very spacious and beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath and the price I pay is awesome for what I am living in. Yes the parking is limited so I went ahead and purchased a car port. They have valet trash. I'm from a small city so that was very new for me and very convenient. The gym is small but everything is in worker... condition. The property is well kept. The walking path that's shared with the golf club is amazing and really nice during good weather. My only problem are the walls are kind of thin so your hear your upstairs neighbor walk and hear their TV sometimes. I stay on the second floor so yea. I have not seen the gates being broken so I say it's a pretty secure complex. The staff are so nice and helpful. Other then that I love Fossil Creek and will be renewing my lease. Read More

Don’t rent here if you expect to be able to park your car ?? to many children partying and using all the parking spaces and I mean every night. Think I’m making this all up go ahead rent a place here you’ll soon regret it.

This is a great apartment community close to all tons of entertainment. You can literally walk across the street 10-12 different restaurants.
There are two movie theaters and plenty of other social entertainment places within 2 miles.
My apartment was updated and clean when I moved and if something breaks it is fixed promptly. The new management team is going the extra mile to address the residence needs.
The biggest issue I can comment about is the fact that some of the wall plugs don't... hold very well. That's really it. Read More
