From "Run Away" to "Absolutely Yes!" – A Stunning Transformation
If you had asked me at the beginning of this year whether you should live at Everra Midtown Park, I would have shouted, "Run away as fast as you can!" Back then, the property was managed by a large corporation with atrocious staff—so bad, the stories would make your skin crawl (and not in a good way).
But everything changed when a small, Dallas-based family business took over. I thought, "Time will tell..."—and wow, did it ever! The property has done a complete 180° turnaround, and the... difference is night and day.
Why I love it now:
Management is incredible – Professional, kind, and truly care about residents.
Unprecedented access – At a recent Meet & Greet, we connected directly with the Vice President, Regional Manager, and corporate leadership (when does that ever happen?!).
Jonathan, the Property Manager, is a gem – In all my years renting, I’ve never met someone so understanding, professional, and genuinely kind. This is rare in property management!
So, if you ask me today, "Should you live here?"—I’d declare with my whole chest: "ABSOLUTELY YES!"
