Okay, but better look elsewhere.
The Units themselves are decent, but don't expect much in terms of Maintenance, and hot water is consistently off.
3 days prior to writing this review, in broad daylight someone walked to the pond and unloaded 7 shots (from a gun) at a duck by the pool/park area around phase 2. The dead duck was there for 2 days....
I moved in around March, in April I found out that the Air conditioning did not work in the Apartment. It wasn't until June, with inside temperatures in the high 80's and... CONSISTANT complains before they even bothered to install a temporary window unit. The Window unit was underpowered, and had to run 24/7 to get the temperature of the Apartment to the low 80's high 70's. No prorate rent, or any supplemental for excess power usage that drove my Electricity bill through the Roof.
Often enough, the hot water is turned off or just simply not working. Other times, the water coming out of the faucet is extremely murkey, and with odor.
Expect cops atleast once a month for various reasons as well.
Stray Cats are all over, constantly fighting in the middle of the night.
The staff is incompetent at best, losing my move out notice, finding it... losing it again to try and hit me with extra move out charges.
The only reason I leave 2 stars is because the rent was cheap... but for obvious reasons.
