Air conditioning does not cool unit. Management does not repair A/C. Knob falls off shower. Office employee hangs up on residents and refuses calls. predatory parking charges for your visitors. This is not a luxury apartment. Holes in exterior siding. Leaky windows. Screens fall off and management will not replace. Do not give notice when repairing car ports.

Trust me when I say do not move here. They have slapped osme paint and new floors down and overcharge by hundreds of dollars. The ac will not cool your apartment down. When I complained they told me my ac was working propoerly. Then why is it 80 degrees running all day long inside my apartment. Crappy pool and crappy management. The current manager should not be in this job. Couldnt give zero stars.

This place has really gone downhill. It has had several buy-outs. Meaning, with each buy-out, the management team is practically non-existent or incompetent. The communication regarding SOME of the tenants is sorely unprofessional. For example, they are selective as to which tenants they will inform of new policies at any given time. There is absolutely no security. There have been multiple break-ins on the property. The landscaping is a joke because there is no sprinkler system. Needless to say… , we have dirt and weeds for our visual appeal. It also has inadequate drainage. As a result, water just sits and leaves a hot bed for mosquitoes - West Nile & Zika viruses come on down! In addition, the management has the audacity to charge for a parking space that is not only uncovered, but it is in disrepair. If I could give this property negative stars, I would. My apartment has flooded a half dozen times with absolutely no remedy from the non-existent management staff. After property damage, wet carpet (which I am sure is molded to the pad) and countless hours of trying to track down someone to fix the issue, I'm still left standing in an apartment full of water...after 9 months of the same issue. Do not rent here.
