Marc graduated with a BA in Economics from Moravian College in Pennsylvania, and MBA in International Business and an MAPP in Energy & Environmental Policy from Claremont Graduate University in Southern California. Some of Marc’s professional certifications include: LEED AP (1998), CGBP (2004), GPR (2007), Cal-HERS (2008), BPI-MF (2010), NAR-GREEN (2015), and NAR-GRI (2016). He was the first co-chair of the USGBC LEED Residential Committee from 1998-2000 and served on various technical subcommittees for LEED Commercial. While working as a REALTOR® in Austin, Marc continues consult with and train a wide range of REALTORS® and building professionals locally and throughout the nation. He is the sole trainer for Build It Green’s CGBP and GPR designations throughout California and is one of a small handful of trainers certified to teach the National Association of REALTORS® GREEN Designation course throughout the country. Marc’s practical knowledge of design, construction, and maintenance, both standard and green, offers clients a unique perspective and service not offered by other real estate professionals.
