Great place to live I am writing this on my move out day after living in this community since 2021. We moved from Houston and were lucky to land at such a great community to call our new home in Austin! The staff has changed over the years, but they have consistently been warm and managed the property well. The office staff is great about communicating and hosting events that bring the community together. The maintenance team has always been quick and efficient with their service. We have truly... loved our time at 33Hundred and we are grateful that we found them. The only complaint we have ever had is that free parking can be scarce around the middle of the complex later into the evenings. That one shortcoming does not compare to the superior overall parking experience living in this wonderful community. Thanks for all you do!

Best first apartment in Austin! I had an amazing time living at these apartments. The leasing staff is helpful and amicable and other than a few issues with the gate not closing for a bit I had a great time living at these apartments!
