Lovely Staff

Went in for a tour with Miriam, and had a wonderful experience. My expectations were a little weary because of previous reviews I read, however she made such a great impression. Answered all of my leasing questions, and recommended great spots around the area.

So far so good! The leasing center is really easy to communicate with and it’s nice and quiet with a nice pool. Location is nice being around a lot of restaurants to try and a coffee shop right down the street

I feel like everything is always down and there’s not really any communication. I’ve only been here a short time and never have had an easy experience with the apps provided. It’s always something.

Poor communication. Roaches in the apartment. Entering my apartment without approval. Dirty stairwells. Broken doors all over. Fans hanging by one screw going to fall and hit someone. 3 lights outside don’t work making it unsafe to walk around the building
