Due to the downtown location, some city noise may be audible from the unit. A white noise machine is provided for your comfort, and earplugs are available upon request. Smoking, fireworks, pets, and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please do not leave personal items on the balcony as they may blow away during high winds. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. The HOA has the right to remove guests from common areas and impose fines for disruptive behavior. If fines are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be responsible for the fines. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. The primary guest must be 25 years or older and present for the entire reservation. The communal pool is available from 7 AM to 12 AM on the 33rd floor and should be used at your own risk. Children under 16 should be supervised at all times. No glass is allowed in and around the pool or hot tub. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. The pool heater may struggle to maintain temperature if it's below 45°F, and cannot function effectively below 35°F. The communal fitness center and outdoor lounge are available 24/7 on the 10th floor. Trash should be placed in the designated chute in the trash room near the elevators on every floor. Please do not set the thermostat above 76°F (heating) or below 68°F (cooling) to avoid overloading the system. Adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.
