I would recommend AvanaSoco it’s a place where you feel in home, the office staff answer all your questions in a friendly manner. I moved in December 2023 I feel like time gas flown by. Thank you!

I have lived at my unit for almost 20 years, and it appears things are getting better, especially with the maintenance of my unit. I would recommend Avana SoCo to
anyone looking for a clean and peaceful place to live, especially if they are retired like me.

Overall, since returning to apartment living, Avana Soco has been a positive experience. Front office staff have always been very helpful and friendly. As well as the maintenance staff, good group of guys.
There’s obviously some downside that in some cases is out of the control of the staff. People don’t always pick up after their pets, sometimes the noisy neighbor above me, but this was a great spot for me and my dog. The value is also great. I viewed other more expensive newer places but... they were usually smaller units and no garage.
Again, it’s been a great experience for me.

This is a very nice place to live.
Maintenance team is aways getting things done professionally and office staff has always been helpful. I would recommend this place.

Most everyone I've met here (staff and residents) is friendly, the staff is pretty good about getting things done when requested, and it's a comfortable vibe here.
