Do not lease here if you are wanting something of quality. First two weeks have been rough, not for the weak. Honestly you are mainly paying for the location and proximity to downtown. First two weeks in and my roommates tires were slashed, ice machine in fridge doesn’t work, dryer does not work, German roaches, tub leaking into neighbors unit, and AC is not working.

Front desk has been helpful with everything, maintenance has been okay. Other than that enjoyable place to live, some issues with communication of work being done outside regarding the parking lot.

I REALLY ENJOY LIVING HERE -- IT'S CLOSE TO EVERYWHERE I HAVE TO GO EVERY WEEK & ON WEEKENDS. I'VE BEEN A RESIDENT SINCE 2007 WHEN IT WAS REGENCY PARK APTS. AND HOPEFULLY AVANA SOCO WILL KEEP LEASING TO FUTURE "QUALITY" RESIDENTS!

Great atmosphere

Moved here from out of town, and after touring a lot of complexes, this one caught my attention with its beautiful outside. After moving in, the area and community around me is quiet, peaceful and overall great! The office team is attentive and always helps me when I need them.
