Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience and kind words about Nick Hall! We are so happy to hear that he made your experience wonderful. Nick is a valued member of our team, and we truly appreciate you... recognizing his excellent service.

We also understand your feedback regarding phone calls. We sincerely apologize if you've experienced delays in us answering the phone or returning your calls promptly. We want to be transparent and let you know that we have been navigating a period of short staffing in our leasing office.

However, we are optimistic that this will improve soon with the recent replacement of our Resident Service Manager. We are working diligently to get our team back to full capacity and are confident that this change will allow us to return to our standard of answering phones and returning calls in a much more timely and efficient manner.
