The maintenance team was very efficient and professional and repairing my HVAC unit. I appreciate that they left a note, letting me know that they had completed the repair. Avana Soco always takes good care of their tenants.

Rampant crime and Rude Mamagement

Theft and burglary are regular occurrences. They charge fees for anything they possibly can. The towing company is predatory. The security company is a joke. The management is illiterate. The maintenance team breaks more stuff than they fix. The Internet service is unreliable. The trash valet is inconsistent. The package service is useless. All of these "amenities and services" are mandatory so you can't opt out of them. You're paying for them no matter what, so they don't care if the service is… bad. They talk about how "exciting" all these "new improvements" are, but literally nobody asked for any of this. Now we are paying more money for more problems when things were fine before. The new management SUCKS. Can't wait to move out. They suckered me into renewing one more time by offering 6 weeks free. I'm not falling for that again! They offered 6 weeks free because they were losing so many people they realized it was bad. I should have moved out with everyone else.

This property is in an excellent location. You cannot beat the price per sqft. The community is a little more dated but the staff seem to care and are diligent in making repairs and upgrades.

Love the apts, but managed terribly and maintenance takes for ever to get anything done tickets that are submitted get lost, VERY poor communication. Gym equipment needs to be fixed.
