No Accountability
I lived here for a year both under Millennium and Camden management. When Camden bought the building, residents were excited that the bad management practices were being replaced. Unfortunately, nothing changed and management became even more lax. Anytime there is a problem, the default defense is that it's something that was inherited from Millennium or something that management has no control over. As mentioned in other reviews, the location & floor plans are great but the plumbing causes... frequent frustration. The party culture of Rainey coupled with several units being operated as short term rentals makes this nothing more than an overpriced dorm/hostel.

Great place, great value
Moved from a Gables property downtown and having lived in numerous apartment complex building over the years, I have to say I haven't been more satisfied than I have living here. Sure, everyone can have the qualms with little issues in the other reviews, but I haven't experienced any of that in the three months since I moved in. Staff are awesome, especially Matt, and set the right expectations and do a good job to communicate with residents. The move in specials are among the best in Austin, in... addition to an already fair price for a great product. Amenities are top notch -- gym and pool overlooking the skyline, what more could you want? Walk ten steps to a number of different bars, but come home late on the weekend and you can't hear a thing through thick walls and double pane windows.
Don't make your decision on a few reviews, think for yourself and take a tour.

More like a hotel than an apartment
This place has been overrun by a few services (THAT I CANNOT NAME HERE) that allow people to rent out their apartments like hotels. Even though it is violating the lease, management doesn't care because it keeps the occupancy rate up and let's them keep rent on everyone else higher. If you actually live in Austin and work like a normal person DON'T MOVE HERE

Do yourself a favor, do not move here
This building is so poorly managed, from the Manager himself, down to the leasing agents. The garage is filthy with trash scattered everywhere, and anyone and I mean anyone can park. You as a tenant, not important. There is trash in the stairwells which has been there for over 5 months. The building is absolutely filthy and any kind of customer care is not to be found. Doors are left open, so you can welcome vagrants, Oh the main doors, well they don't work, haven't in months. EMT or Police,... can not get in. This building needs to be torn down or a new manager appointed.
Side note, if you enjoy living in a dorm, this is the building for you, oh to be young again. While so enjoying your new home, say hello to your homeless neighbors, who enter your building at will, because well, no security, no management and no concern for you well being.
