Quiet, Clean and Friendly Staff!

I've been a resident of Camden shadow brook for 3 months now. So far i like the community, its quiet, kept clean, and i rarely have issues. I have a great relationship with the front staff , Particularly Katie :) and maintenance always takes care of my issue within 24 hrs. Thank you Guillermo!

Upper management handles things well , though i do wish we would hear from them more then just when we have a major issues lol :p

Overall if your considering Camden shadow brook , take a leap and you... would not regret it :) !

This property is great

Office staff is very helpful made me feel at home from the second I walked through the door. Not pushy or overbearing. Property is well maintained, units are nice.

RENT HERE


Camden Shadow Brook and the staff have been phenomenal! I did my research, shopped around, and I knew I made the right pick. The consultant Greg is awesome! He was very informative, friendly, and is willing to answer any of my questions. I would recommend this apartment facility to everybody. I love the that each apartment comes with a washer and dryer! I have zero complaints about this apartment complex and I’ve already been here a full month.

Don’t waist your money

I currently live here. I am not happy at all. Neighbors are noisy, peoples cars are always getting broken into or scratched. There were teens camping out in the community gym. They are threatening to tow my car when I live here and pay rent every month. The maintenance is second hand maintenance. Dogs poop everywhere and owners don’t pick up after them. The offices attention to detail and fixing these problems is so underwhelming. Definitely happy to be leaving at the end of my lease.
