Very clean complex everything’s modern love the keyless entrance. Very quiet neighborhood front office. Staff was amazing nice and friendly 10 out of 10.

I recently moved in, and not long after, my air conditioner went out. Everyone can relate to how uncomfortable that can be, especially during the summer. I noticed the issue late on a Sunday evening around 9:00 p.m. and immediately submitted a maintenance request. To my surprise, the team responded within 30 minutes to address the problem.

Unfortunately, the issue was too major to fix that night, but maintenance didn’t leave me stranded. I received window air conditioning units that same... evening, which was a huge help. The next day, they got straight to work, repairing the outdoor fan and flushing the indoor unit. By 3:00 pm, I received a text that everything was back up and running properly.

I am pleased with how responsive and helpful both the management and maintenance teams have been. They have been incredibly attentive, and I sincerely appreciate their quick action. I hope this level of service continues throughout my lease, as it has made a wonderful first impression. Read More

I've thoroughly enjoyed living in this community and recently renewed my lease for another year, which speaks volumes about my experience here. The property management team is responsive and professional, and I'm surrounded by wonderful neighbors who contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
What really stands out is the quality of the property itself - I haven't needed to submit a single maintenance request in over a year, which demonstrates how... well-maintained everything is. Coming from downtown living, I particularly appreciate the generous space you get for the price point here.

Staff is awesome especially Michael. He gives 5 star service every time. Apartment is great and neighbors are very nice. Noise levels are just fine.
Breezeways and elevator could be cleaner, but definitely not the worst I’ve seen.

I do have to rate my experience lower though because I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the parking situation. It’s a Monday night and there isn’t a single spot available to park in except the spots by the office. My boyfriend had to park there and I now... need to drive him up to his car in the morning because the walk in the heat would be uncomfortable. Super inconvenient.

I really hope that eventually there’s some kind of visitor registration or an audit on abandoned vehicles. The truck next to my carport hasn’t moved in 5 days. Not even once. There’s also a motorcycle that hasn’t moved in 5 days as well, I’m sure that person has another car or two.

I’m praying that they enforce strict towing rules soon because this is crazy. Read More
