Great apartments and facilities. Just no one to maintain the tech in the amenities areas. Location is convenient. Used to have a problem with towing but they stopped that, however did not notify residents of the policy change. And mandatory fees (valet trash, amenities) mean that the rental rate you see advertised can be misleading

Safe, quiet and clean community. The work order requests were completed very fast and efficient ( which is amazing in this short staffing situation everywhere).

This is a newly-built, modern, and clean apartment complex. It is a good location and quite peaceful during the weekdays. I found it very relaxing just sitting at the balcony and looking at the people or sky.

Citadel Tech Ridge has been wonderful living experience so far. The brand new apartment homes and appliances only made the living experience feel so much nicer. The apartment floor plans and layout is also quite comfortable. Vale
