Moving into this apartment has been a very positive experience overall. From the beginning, the move-in process was smooth and well organized, and the management team was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. very nice living space and no complaints about air or water pressure, however, very loud communal areas , elevator has broken tile and glass pieces.

In general, living here is very pleasant and enjoyable, but in recent months there has been a complete lack of cleaning and maintenance in the buildings' interior hallways; they are covered in dirt, dust, and filth—it is unsanitary and unpleasant.
