Pretty nice. The studio is large, and the staff is helpful and friendly. It's close to campus, so I won't need to wake up very early to head to my classes. The air conditioning is cool, and I really like being a resident here at Grandmarc Austin so far!

Overall I’ve had a great experience at Grandmarc especially with the new management! Maintenance responds relatively quickly and the amenities are basic but still helpful. There’s occasionally pests though even on the fifth floor.

The apartment itself is nice. The amenities are also quite nice and are decently maintained. In the last month of my 1-year lease, there has been an increase in the cleanliness of the whole apartment complex. The staircases are disgusting and stained with dirt, grime, and food, but have luckily been cleaned in the last month of my 1-year lease.

My only problems are with the apartment inspections.

Staff have repeatedly failed to return the apartment to its previous condition, such as… switching off lights, closing doors, and turning off fans.

Additionally, the metrics they use to "rate" your cleanliness vary during apartment inspections. My roommates and I were fined $50 for leaving some clothes on the ground and slight stains on the toilet. When we were asking for clarification about these charges, they ignored us. The charges were eventually revoked after weeks of unanswered emails.

Overall a good location to live in. Some issues with cleanliness in the hallways and stairways. Also, new management is less responsive than old management. Rooms are spacious though, and every bedroom has a window.

DO NOT LIVE HERE

Let me keep it quick: - They try to find any way to charge you more money - Extremely dirty and parking gate is not secured, my car got stuff stolen in it - Managers are extremely disrespectful and do not treat you like a customer - Super loud construction next door and AC vents and electronics do not work properly

We understand your frustration about the parking gate, as of today the gate has… been fully replaced and is currently being upgraded to newer technology! We have also implemented a new routine to fully power wash the garage, that we will be working though the summer. We would love the opportunity to discuss your AC Vents and electronics.
