I wish GrandMarc cleaned the floors in the hallways more. It always looks like someone has dragged leaking trash juice all the way around the floor. And the construction site right outside my apartment is unbelievably loud- I have to sleep with earplugs because they sometimes start working at 6:00am. The gym could have a wider array of machines also.

Although apartment and furniture is in good condition, the Grandmarc has not been super responsive. E.g. a maintenance request was marked as resolved without actually being fixed or any explanation being provided. I followed up multiple times but got no response... luckily the original issue was minor.

Good place, nice staff, amazing apartments. The apartments have nice furniture and are designed quite nicely. The whole area is also quite clean.

Grandmarc is a great place to live in, great location and the staff are friendly. I think the only down side is that the pool is second floor is really really shallow and you cannot swim in it.
