Overall a good location to live in. Some issues with cleanliness in the hallways and stairways. Also, new management is less responsive than old management. Rooms are spacious though, and every bedroom has a window.

Let me keep it quick: - They try to find any way to charge you more money - Extremely dirty and parking gate is not secured, my car got stuff stolen in it - Managers are extremely disrespectful and do not treat you like a customer - Super loud construction next door and AC vents and electronics do not work properly

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that your experience has not met our expectations. This is the first time our office has heard of any issues with stolen items. We understand your frustration about the parking gate, as of today the gate has... been fully replaced and is currently being upgraded to newer technology! We have also implemented a new routine to fully power wash the garage, that we will be working though the summer. We would love the opportunity to discuss your AC Vents and electronics. There is mold in the apartment and they don’t properly fix it, they just cover it up. the garage gate has been broken almost all year and it is a safety concern as the garage door to the building is always unlocked. the trash in the garage is rarely taken out so it always reeks and the door is broken and a safety hazard.

Staff was very helpful through signing the lease process and answered every question quickly and in depth. Everyone was very respectful and the leasing manager is very kind.

The room inspections are annoying. We are fully functioning adults and not children. My roommates have been notified to clean their bathroom and pick up clothes on the grounds, which is outrageous.
