Although apartment and furniture is in good condition, the Grandmarc has not been super responsive. E.g. a maintenance request was marked as resolved without actually being fixed or any explanation being provided. I followed up multiple times but got no response... luckily the original issue was minor.

Good place, nice staff, amazing apartments. The apartments have nice furniture and are designed quite nicely. The whole area is also quite clean.

Grandmarc is a great place to live in, great location and the staff are friendly. I think the only down side is that the pool is second floor is really really shallow and you cannot swim in it.

I’ve had such a great experience living at GrandMarc! The location can’t be beat — right by campus and tons of food options nearby. The staff has always been super responsive and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The amenities are well-kept, and it’s been a really comfortable and convenient place to live as a student.
