Since I moved in my AC hasn’t worked the apartment was dirty I had to clean it had dust and spider webs everywhere just not happy about things not being properly done before move in.

So muy linpios y le dan mantenimiento cada que uno selos pide cual quier cosa que falle eyos lo arreglan,la manager y Reyna me an ayudado mucho cuando tengo conplicaciones,son muy serviciales y sobre todo conprencibles

Very nice and clean property, all the staff is very friendly, willing to help you every time, very convenient area; HEB, shopping and entertainment are just few miles away, I like it here! Highly recomended!

Menchaca Commons has been the most average apartment I have had. Moving from my previous long-term lease by my college, I moved for work and stability. Despite paying rent on time, additional fees from utilities are often added last minute, causing intense late fees. Management is responsive and so are the maintenance team from their new system, but there is a lot lacking in their individualized community support. I did stay for an additional lease, for the soon to be total of 24 months. I do... look forward to moving out, but the experience was moderate at best. For the original rent price, location and experience, it'd be 4/5. additional history of tiresome fees and 3 management changes... 3/5. Consider all of your options before moving here, but dont discount it fully.
