Never answer phones, never get messages from AI phone service
Apartment manager changes apartment rules to target specific tenants, then sends out warning letters before tenants can read the new regulations. Poorly maintained. At least 10 water heaters have failed this winter, 3 apartments flooded over Xmas, and they had to pay for their own moves. Dogs are aggressive and often off-leash. Staff never answer the phone. You can watch them talking among themselves in the office and phone them, and the AI system tells you nobody is available to take their... calls. It also doesn't leave messages according to the manager, and they never receive messages sent through their maintenance portal. If an appliance breaks down, you may be without that appliance for a month waiting for a replacement. There is a reason there are so many vacancies and the prices are so low near the Domain.

Horrible service
Lived here two years and so happy to have moved out. They are unwilling to help in any way if they can avoid it

Great place to live
We love this apartment complex, the units are a great size and it is always peaceful at night and close to things to do. Also the staff here is really helpful, especially Ramon in the office who helped us find the perfect apartment.

36 Maintenance Requests and Counting
My roommate and I moved in to our apartment in August 2018 under an 11-month lease. We move out in two weeks. Since day one we have placed 36 maintenance requests; some of which are for the SAME, unresolved problem.
The front office staff is meet available by phone;m. Nine times out of ten you will reach their offsite call center instead. Property manager and office manager are not truthful, and will say just about anything to satisfy you in the moment.
The master bath cabinetry where the sink... is was rotten and moldy when we moved in, and there’s a clear 1 inch gap below the baseboard and cabinets where roaches were crawling from. The countertop surface is paint, so it collects dust and is hard to clean. We put in not 1 but 4 requests for a leaking refrigerator - spoiled food and rotten smell. There was a different issue every time it was “fixed”. By the fourth time, they decided it was time to replace the appliance.
Our biggest complaint by far was the lying and lackadaisical responses for an A/C unit that was NOT cooling. Not sure where they thought we were living, but Texas is HOT. Seven. That’s how many maintenance requests we put in for our A/C unit. Blackout curtains - check. Closed blinds - check. Fans on - check. Thermostat set to 70-72 when home, or 74-75 when at work. Each time we placed a request it was above 90 outside, except one time that when it was about 86, and yet our thermostat would read that the inside temperature was 78-82. After the second request, the technician’s notes clearly stated that if the unit does not cool again that the system would need to be replaced and not just refilled with more Freon. Please keep in mind this is a first floor unit facing North, which means the sun does NOT ever hit us directly. I spoke with the office manager, Benny, around the 5th time and he promised that he would get the system changed if it happened again. He said he told the property manager and head of maintenance that this issue was no longer acceptable and should have been handled much better from the get go. Lo and behold here I am after the 7th time and maintenance is currently here fixing our A/C unit because it’s 96 out and we’re sitting at 80. Our electric bill this month - $172!! Un-freaking-believable!
Don’t move in. You’ll waste more time at home putting in maintenance requests than you will relaxing.

Management Terrible
I lived here for 2 years. Rent paid on time, no hassle with issues leading up to our renewal for yr 2 after yr 1.
During this transition the management team/maintenance/and or the 3rd party vendors that conduct walk-throughs for apartments determined that our apartment was deemed non-repairable as it pertained to the carpet. Quote "Smells like urine and pet dander". I have been a long time renter for apartment living spaces, and I can honestly state through my years of renting, my dog, nor... my roommates dog have never had accidents inside our home as they are house trained. Furthermore, we did a thorough cleaning of the apartment carpeting with shampoo and carpet cleaner to assure we did our part as residents. We did not expect to owe over $700.00 to replace carpet that we were never informed would be replaced, even though contract states they can make these decisions. When we asked if they brought in a carpet cleaning company before deciding to rip the carpet, they stated quote "No the workers determined it was non-repairable." No effort was even attempted. At this point this is where we received half the costs cut after they admitted their fault. Much to our displeasure, we still paid the fee and moved in to our next transferred unit. At the end of yr 2, we were set to turn in keys and leave the residence. Both of us had already moved and with less than a week notice we were informed we needed to return our parking permit stickers in to the office before our move out date. If we did not return them, the charge would be $100.00. Little did we know from the start, a sticker carried that much value to park in our own residence. Had I known, I would have never asked for the permit being it is an outrageous charge for people who will no longer have any interest in parking their vehicles in a place they no longer live at. All in all I would have to say the Property Manager and the leadership above them are reaching for as much pocket change they can from their residents. Staff had very poor communication between each other and it almost seemed like they had no organization on channels of communication amongst a team. Management changed at least once in between my stay and I have to say their direction and organization is completely unprofessional and wrongful to residents who mind their own business and just want a place to live and call home.
