Ongoing roach and pest problems despite frequent pest control visits. My AC repeatedly stopped working and would leave my apartment over 80 degrees. Calls and emails to the office often went unanswered, and staff were frequently unhelpful or rude.

My car was broken into, and there were no cameras available to assist with the investigation. There was a frequent police presence, fights, yelling, and disturbances throughout the property. The smell of marijuana regularly drifted into my apartment... .

The property was often littered with trash, there were large numbers of stray cats, and children frequently ran unsupervised through parking lots.

I love everything about The Beckett. It’s a very well kept place and the neighbors are so nice and friendly.
I really appreciate managing team for hooking us up here.

•Manipulative-and Rude office staff
•Ignoring residents phone calls
•No peace/Law enforcement are called every day
•Property has trash everywhere
•Maintenance takes 2 to 3 weeks
•Not a good place for children

So I’m giving this place a 2 star review because of the customer service I received from Jade and Jaylan they were amazing. I flew in from Chicago applying to multiple places due to relocation. When I applied I brought everything that was needed so I wouldn’t need to fax anything afterwards. I was told they do a pre-screening and if that comes back with an approval we can move forward. Mines came back for a denial and they were unable to expound on this. I was given a number to call and when I... called that number I was told my rental check came back nothing found as in no broken leases or evictions and my background check came back clean as well. I went twice for a tour. Both times I was turned down and told to come back. The first time I was told to come back because it was too late and the second was because they don’t do tours in the rain but it had stopped raining. When I called to see if my appointment for the following the day was still on since the forecast predicted rain I was told they couldn’t answer that. I’m done! They are very unprofessional. I do not recommend it.
